Help answer the question about eating healthy

How can I get myself to stop eating junk and start eating healthy?
I'm 15 and im at a normal weight and I have a fast metabolism so no matter how much junk I eat I dont gain weight. My problem is that because I have to cook for myself and never feel like cooking, fast food is more convenient for me. I'm kind of a vegitarian so i'm really picky with my meats. I rarely ever get any protein. In a day all I will usually eat is candy and then french fries for dinner and im completly satisfied with that but everyone tells me if I continue to eat that way I'll be lucky to make it to 25. I know I need to eat healthy but I cant stick with that for more then a day. What should I do? I have no one to motivate me and keep me on track of eating healthy so I will give in to junk.
I am aware that I make poor choices when it comes to eating so I am trying to change my ways and eat healthier.
